Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Full and complete refunds, including return shipping charges, will be issued if you received a damaged or incorrect item(s). Personalized item(s) cannot be returned for any reason other than the above. Items not personalized can be returned within 14 days.
Expect your refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase 7-14 business days after we receive your return package.

Please note that all returns are subject to prior approval. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at email@example.com. We are more than happy to answer further questions and resolve any issues. All returned items must include the original invoice, or reference a specific invoice or order. Reason(s) for the return must be included in your return package. All refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
