It’s Summer…no, it’s Winter…wait, it’s Spring
What the hell? The weather around here is baffling. No wonder people are getting sick left and right.
Saturday, it was 80+ degrees. Monday night, it snowed. Tuesday was 60. There’s a saying around here… “If you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes.” That’s almost literally true. We have not had a single freeze or bit of ice all winter. So…the weather waits until March to snow? You know, this is the sort of thing that, if you wrote into a book, no one would believe you.
Tomorrow? Who knows…

Same way here…While it’s winter, let it be cold–I hate when it’s cold in April & May. So ready for Spring.
Forgot to ask–What did you think of TV-New Amsterdam? Also, heard new Moonlight coming in April. yippee!
Same way here in KY it was 70 Monday now its about 30 with snow on the way. I am ready for spring. How about you?
Same here in GA, except no snow. This past weekend it was 74 sunny and gorgeous and we were out on the lake – actually used sunscreen- stormy yesterday and today has been sunny and 65. Colder weather is forecast for this weekend. The flowers don’t know whether to bloom or stay in the ground!
We had snow once, and a whole bunch of morinigs with frost or freezes. I am ready for spring—even if it is rain. I live in Western Oregon.
Deep South. Same here without the snow. Yup, everybody’s been sick with the crud. We’ll blame it on the weather.
Hi Every1…newbie here! My dear friend Lisa had mentioned 2 me about SB’s new series Doomsday Brethren…can’t wait! As 4 weather, we just got here in MTL 25cm of snow mix w/ freezing rain last nite & they r forcasting another snow storm on Sat. Just luvly! =( Ada
If y’all are facing the same forecast we are a couple hours north, you have an 80% chance of snow again after a beautiful day yesterday. UGH!!!
I HATE COLD weather when it’s back and forth like this!
That’s how it is here too *cries* – but it seems to have settled back into winter, which makes me so sad.
I lived in ND at one time and that’s some seriously cold weather that I’ve never seen anywhere else. It literally would get to 40 below and if your flesh wasn’t properly covered, it would freeze. No matter where I’ve moved in the past 7 years, I can’t seem to get any REAL cold weather. I still can’t believe that we’re having 60 degree weather here in February/March!
The weather here has been seriously wierd going from cold 30′s for a couple days to in the upper 70′s here in South Georgia. Most of my classmates at college have been getting sick so has my youngest this past week with a virus thank goodness I haven’t gotten it must be all those years of working as a nurse that’s protected me. Hopefully the weather will stabelize soon. I don’t mind the cold we need it to kill the bugs, or the rain which we desperately need to prevent the problem with fires this spring unlike last year with North Florida and South Georgia burning.
Wow! That is a big difference in the weather. Good thing you’re hanging in and not getting sick.
We were hoping to reach 25 here in Wisconsin this weekend but it does’t look like now. We’ve had 63 inches of snow this year. I’m hoping March & April won’t be bad for snow.
I am so ready for spring! Mt bulbs have been slowly inching their way out of frozen soil…Were hoping for some high 40′s and even 50′s later this week! IF they don’t change the forcast again.
“If you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes.” That’s the motto here in South Alabama. It is so true! Fri it rained with temps in the 60′s, Sat it was 39 and windy and yesterday it was in the low 60′s and sunny. Today it’s to reach 69 and 70′s for the rest of the week.
I wish Mother Nature would make up her mind!
